We had such a fabulous day today at the Merly Crop. Lots of chatting, crafting and eating yummy cakes. It was lovely catching up with everyone and wellcoming a few new people to the crop as well.
So here are the two layouts which I created for the crop kit using the beautiful Kaisercraft Bontanica collection. The first layout is called “Moments Together” and the photo was taken in July on a family holiday to Yorkshire. We had a day out in Harrogate, done the usual shopping and had tea in the gorgeous Bettys Tea Rooms.
The second layout is called “Things grow better with love. This photo was taken at my nieces wedding, love this photo of Merley. xXx
I really enjoyed using this beautiful collection and doing all the fussy cutting. The kit is now available to purchase over on the Merly Impressions website.
I am so very excited……..next year on Sunday 21st february 2016 early in the morning I will be on my way (with Paul & Merley) to Walker Stalker Con in London. We get to meet the cast of The Walking Dead!!! and get to immerse ourrself’s in the world of walkers!!!!
Fingers crossed I get to book a photo Shoot with Norman Reedus (Daryl Dixon) 😀 I already have this fabulous signed photo of him which I absolutely love, thanks to a very special friend who cannot be named for this awesome present – I love you xXx
I will be counting down the weeks and days until this fabulous event.
Thanks for dropping by,
I really enjoyed making these name place cards for the September Merly Crop and had a lot of fun with the Pink Kaisermist, my table top looks kinda cool now it is covered in pink spots. Here is a close up of the finished Name Place Card.
The Butterflies were stamped onto the pink reverse side of P1892 Partner paper from the beautiful “Fly Free” Kaisercraft collection, for the centre section I used the Dictionary Meanings Kaisercraft Clear Stamp – love this stamp. Some Kaisercraft black Rhinestones finished off the cards.
All ready for the Merly Impressions September crop. I hope everyone likes them.
Many thanks, enjoy,
With the September Merly Crop nearly upon us, I thought I would post the sneak peeks of the layouts in the kit. For the September Kit I have been using the beautiful Kaisercraft Botanica collection. I have loved using this collection as there is a lot I can cut out and anyone that knows me, will know I LOVE fussy cutting.
I have called the first layout – Moments Together.
The second layout is called – Things grow better with love.
You can check out the Merly Blog for more info on the September Crop & Kit. I will post full images of the layouts after the crop, the kit will also be available to purchase on the Merly Impressions Website the day after the crop.
After a busy week it was nice to have a wonder around the town and have a lovely afternoon tea in a beautiful little French Cafe.
Yummy cakes, this was our second visit, will def be going back and will be sampling something different each time. The good thing is that this little cafe is situated in the local craft shop.
